After kicking off spring break with a trip to Texas to experience the solar eclipse, the author decided to spend the second half of the week in New Orleans with the kids. The author has always loved the city for its vibrant culture, warm people, and incredible food. With four restaurant reservations, a packed three-day itinerary, and an approaching storm that shut down the city, they managed to pull off a fantastic end to their spring break. New Orleans never disappoints.
